Shipping & Packing

 Orders of up to six medium sized items ship in a padded mailer for protection. Orders larger than this will ship in a tough carboard box, and any blister packs of resin heads or worm burners inside the box will be individually wrapped for further protection. 

You'll get your whole order in one parcel.

We're based in Brisbane area, Australia, and use Australia Post standard tracked service for all our orders. 

The shipping cost is a flat rate $8.95, and for orders of $125 value or greater, shipping is free!

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a message from AusPost, and also a fulfillment confirmation from Starlotackle that contains your tracking number. You can use this tracking number via the Australia Post website to keep tabs on where your order is on its journey.

Shipping usually takes around 7-10 business days from placement of order but for east coast metropolitan addresses, its often much faster than this.

Kia Ora! We ship to New Zealand too. The shipping cost is a flat rate AU$12.95. We dispatch locally using Australia Post which will hand over to local carriers once the package clears customs. Shipping time is typically 20 business days max. You'll receive a tracking number to keep tabs on where your order is on it's journey.

If you check out by PayPal you should get an indication of your total in NZ$ before placing the order.

We're also now shipping to all 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawai'i! The shipping cost is a flat rate AU$16.95. We dispatch locally using Australia Post which will hand over to local carriers once the package clears customs. Shipping time is typically 20 business days max.  You'll receive a tracking number to keep tabs on where your order is on it's journey. 

If you check out by PayPal you should get an indication of your total in US$ before placing the order.
